SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Standard delivery for Ready Stock
Our aim is to have your items shipped or delivered to you as fast as possible. Digital Marketing Consultancy Sdn Bhd (DMC). DMC provides both services and training. All our training will be delivered as per the stated course date. All the services, DMC aims to deliver all the campaign as per the outline agreed by clients.
We are unable to guarantee that all services will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as unforeseen amendment and approval delay from client is out of DMC control.
DMC has no control over the operating procedure by the third party (i.e. Google, Facebook, 3rd Party software and system provider). Hence, in the case of delay in product delivery, DMC will notify users via email or mobile message. If users did not receive any email from DMC more than 2 weeks, kindly contact info@DMHubTraining.com.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date DMC shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier services.
To track your service status, please use the contact DMC directly via email or contact no.. As a precaution, please keep the sales contract and receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your services has not been delivered from your order please contact DMC at info@DMHubTraining.com.
Standard delivery for Pre-order
All the payment for DMC training courses will be collected 100% upfront before the training date. Training workshop will be conducted later and the schedule training course date.
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your deposit, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your must notify DMC via email confirmation. An official confirmation with written email is needed as a proof in order for DMC to proceed refund. Written confirmation will need to be provided within 2 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and will proceed for refund. The payment date for refund will be advised once we have received the request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
